Influenced by the Portugeuse settlers in Malaya, the creation of Pineapple tarts by Peranakans have won the hearts of people for centuries now. “Ong Lai”, translating to “Prosperity Come” signifies the Gift of Gold and prosperity, making this mouth-watering delight a popular snack during the Lunar New Year. Creamy, aromatic, and with the right balance of sweetness and tanginess. We aimed to replicate the same Pineapple Tarts, coating your palate with the aroma of tangy pineapples, whilst providing that salty, melt-in-your-mouth texture from the buttery pastry we’ve come to know and love (Probiotics, B Vitamins, Potassium, Calcium and Protein included). Enjoy our Pineapple Tart Milk Kefir in 3 simple steps!

  • “Shake” the bottle to combine the Pineapple Coulis and the Raw Milk Kefir.(Option: You may choose to not shake the bottle and have them on it's own if you choose to indulge from a bowl.)

  • Pour the Raspberry Ripple Milk Kefir out onto a cup/bowl of your choice.

  • Savour each mouthfull of your Pineapple Tart Milk Kefir paired with bites of our hancrafted "Pineapple Tart Kosong".

  • Keep refrigerated between 0°C & 4°C at all times! *
  • Consume within 5 days under prolonged refrigeration.
  • At room temperature (25°C), consume within 2 Hours.
